1 x small pot of natural greek yoghurt
1 x garlic clove
2 x mini cucumbers or about 10cm of a big one (I know you are not keen but they are needed for flavour and you don't get the texture)
1/2 x lemon
pinch of paprika
salt
pepper
+ if you have it 2 x teaspoon of dill
Utensils
knife
chopping board
small tupperware box or other closable container
Method
1. Finely chop garlic and cucumber. Chop really finely.
2. Put in container
3. Squeeze lemon juice over it
4. Add dill, paprika, salt and pepper and stir thoroughly
5. Add yoghurt and stir throughly.
Use
It is fresh and garlicky tasting
- eat with chips like you would mayonnaise or aioli
- put a spoon of it into a pitta with a burger (veg or meat)
- put a spoon of it into a pitta with home made donner kebab
Best Before
It should last a couple of days in the fridge
